Terms and Condition
All reservations require a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for solos and $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for duo/trio & small groups to secure your selected ship date (based on availability). NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the costume. One deposit is equal to one costume.

Once NON-REFUNDABLE reservation has been placed, a detailed form will be sent within 24-48hrs via email.
Once form has been submitted via email, you have until finalize date to submit the form back to Naomi Rose Dancewear. If the detailed form has not been submitted on or before finalize date, you will automatically be move to the next available ship date. After that, deposit will be forfeited as well as any fees if form still has not been filled out.
Concepts/design ideas will not be given without reservation deposit.
Please note, ensure measurements are accurate. We are not responsible if costume does not fit properly or due to a growth spurt. Alteration will not be provided.
Additional Information
WE WILL NOT COPY OTHER DESIGNERS’ WORK; however, we can take inspiration but design it in our own style.
We do not offer base costumes only.
We will not be held liable for damage or mistakes made from embellishment. This includes overstretching and non-stretching due to stone placement.
We will not be held liable for fabric, applique, rhinestone, and/or fringe/feathers not in stock by suppliers. Nor refund any deposit/fees due to supplier inventory. If fabric, applique, rhinestone, and/or fringe/feathers requested is not in stock, we will provide additional options for you to select. However, if a customer has not responded in 24 to 48hrs, we will select fabric, applique, rhinestone, and/or fringe/feathers as close to the original as possible but cannot guarantee.
Any changes made to design include fabric after approval will incur a change fee of $150.
Once deposits/reservation fee have been placed and/or costumes are in production, you agree to these terms and conditions and any deposits/fees that have been received are NON-REFUNDABLE (NO EXCEPTION).
All SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are not accepted on costumes.
At any time, the customer can cancel order; however, all deposit, money, and/or fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
I reserve the right to revise these terms as I see a need and will communicate those changes via email or text.
Pricing
Ready-to-ship custom costumes start at $500, and increase based on the design, embellishment, sizing, and labor.
Youth/adult custom costumes start at $550, and increase based on the design, embellishment, sizing, and labor.
Duos/Trios and small group custom costumes start at $450, and increase based on the design, embellishment, sizing, and labor.
10% discount for all trio/small group costumes.
Balances MUST BE PAID within 72hrs of receiving your final invoice, otherwise deposit and costume is forfeited.
If you are ordering a past design, please note that the final costume may differ slightly due to the custom nature of our work.
A detailed price quote will be given after your design/measurement form is submitted.
Shipping
Costumes will not be shipped until the final balance is paid (NO EXECEPTIONS).
Free shipping within the US via priority mail. Tracking numbers will always be provided once the costume has been shipped.
Orders shipped out of the country will be paid for by the customer.
Orders will be shipped by USPS (priority shipping). If you would like another carrier it needs to be stated when the order has been placed and paid for by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, shipping delays, and/or damage packages caused by shipping carriers once it’s in the carrier care.
